From the front desk staff Bob to the manager Vic, it was always good to see their happy faces; their dedication to providing the best experience possible for the guests is well appreciated. The grounds are clean and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The housekeeping staff is remarkable as well. If you need something, they are always there to help. The refrigerator in the room was appreciated because it has a dedicated Freezer aside from the refrigerator, not the little freezer box within the refrigerator. Some other notable things I appreciate:comfortable beds and pillows, the wood floors which are always clean and the grab bar entering the shower is appreciated.

The property is clean and so are the rooms, which are also modern (some may say "renovated/remodeled") in every aspects (hard floors, USB plugs, digital display for AC/heating, etc.) and definitely allow for a pleasant and convenient extended stay (my deluxe room had a coffee machine, a fridge, a microwave oven, a hair-drier, an iron with an iron board... in short, everything you may need). The staff (Vikram and team) is very nice, helpful and accommodating. The location is good and safe... a bit in a commercial area but it definitely gives options as far as restaurants or supermarkets are concerned.

You will not find a better property at this price. I have stayed here numerous times. It is hard to find an affordable hotel in this area that is clean and safe. There is plenty of parking, including for larger vehicles. The mattresses are comfortable and the towels pretty new. The in room Keurig is a nice touch in addition to the fridge and microwave. I love that there is no carpet. I’m always greeted with a smile; it’s nice to be recognized as a repeat customer.

The Cherry Orchard Inn is one of the best value budget stays in Sunnyvale / Santa Clara. The location is great along a main road with many restaurants and retail facilities within walking distance. The staff are very helpful. There's a guest laundry, and housekeeping is also excellent. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained. I would strongly recommend anyone to stay here for even mid to long term stays. I have no doubt you'll be well taken care of.
